    Modern hotel overlooking street, we had a lovely experience here. The double room was luxury, it had an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. The bathroom was excellent, with a walk-in shower. The location turned out to be excellent, just off all the stores and restaurants and cafes, La Paz in early April 2019 and the nearest cable car station.

    The staff we met were terrible.

    During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel facilities which included a well-equipped gym, a modern pool with a jacuzzi, and a fantastic buffet lunch that I anticipated each day. The views from the hotel were amazing, allowing us to soak in the magnificent La Paz landscape. It was a perfect retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, just a short walk away.

    The air conditioning can barely keep up with the overheated rooms!!! It would be ideal to adjust the room temperature without relying only on AC. The front desk is less than helpful!!!

    Reasonably clean hotel, genuinely helpful staff, excellent location near the green funicular. Well decorated and spotless rooms with great beds, a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. Excellent bathroom, large and delicious breakfast. Location short walk to restaurants

    This one had me thinking.

    What a good experience! The service was really good, with attentive staff who went the extra mile. The daily buffet lunch was really good, and lounging by the pool while overlooking amazing views was perfect. I felt pampered and appreciated every thoughtful detail of my stay.

    Really good service caught my attention right away. The staff consistently were great, offering assistance and ensuring all my needs were met. The beautiful king room was great with its spacious layout and a amazing view of the La Paz landscape. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Varied and consistently delicious. I faced a bit of confusion with the front desk regarding complimentary welcome drinks. A fantastic stay was good.

    I had an very nice stay! The room was super spacious and had a great shower. Breakfast was consistently delicious, and the staff were amazing, especially Angel. The pool situation was fixed quickly after a small issue, a relief after exploring Uyuni. Highly recommend!

    The heated floors in the bathroom were a good surprise. The kids loved the indoor heated pool with the provided balls. Try the delicious breakfast with many choices. Don't forget to request towels for the pool.

    The service at Mitru Sur was excellent, with staff consistently offering help for even minor needs. Facilities exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this size, particularly the well-sized rooms and comfy bed. The gorgeous view of the La Paz landscape from my room was an added bonus.
